Matt Levu began driver instructor training with me this year. 10hrs is allocated to train to pass the driving test element, Matt was ready after 8 and passed 1st time. When it came to the test of Instructional Ability (part 3), only a few pass first time because of nerves as it is a unique experience. Matt excelled not only himself, but out- scored the vast majority of trainee instructors (PDI's). More remarkable, out- scored the vast majority of already practicing instructors (ADI's) for when they have their 'teaching standards check' (identical test format, done once every four years). Accordingly, I have no doubt that Matt will be an outstanding ADI, in terms of teaching ability and personality.
